Emma LouisePARTRIDGEPassed away peacefully in St Barnabas Hospice in the Hospital on 20th May 2024 aged 44 years.
Emma will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral Service to be held at Grantham Crematorium on Friday 14th June at 11.30 am. Emma has requested everyone to wear colourful clothing please.
